Due to the recent transport issues with pets on United Airlines, United has notified us that they WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY NEW RESERVATIONS effective immediately.
If your pet currently has a confirmed reservation with United Airlines the pet will be able to fly.
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience. We currently do not know the regulations and future of the United PetSafe program. Below is the statement we received from United Airlines.
If your breed is listed below, we currently do not have any flight options available.
Affenpinscher, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boston Terrier, Boxer (All breeds), Brussels Griffon, Bulldog (All breeds), Cane Corso, Dogue De Bordeaux, English Toy Spaniel, Japanese Chin, Lhasa Apso, Mastiff (All breeds), Pekingese, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Pug (All breeds), Shar Pei, Shih Tzu, Staffordshire Terrier, Tibetan Spaniel
Burmese, Exotic Shorthair, Himalayan, Persian
Please make sure your veterinary puts the required temperature acclimation on each pet's health certificate. The airlines require an Acclimation Statement declaring your pet is safe to travel from 10 degrees Fahrenheit to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. An inaccurate Acclimation Statement could keep your pet from flying.

New Customers: A shipper's information form can be expected via email upon receipt of your first booking request with Ozark Jet A Pet. You are also welcome to request this form along with a rate sheet prior to booking by clicking here.
Flight Confirmation: You are welcome to place your request as early as desired. Flight confirmation can be expected via email 7 to 8 days prior to your desired flight date, per booking procedures for pet reservations.
Weekly Booking Deadlines
Please submit your booking request by:
- 12:00 pm on Saturday for pet delivery on Tuesdays.
- 12:00 pm on Wednesday for pet delivery on Fridays.
