Booking

Please note that we will not be operating our transportation routes on September 2nd, for flight arrival on September 3rd, due to the Labor Day Holiday. All other routes will operate as normally scheduled that week.

  • Please be aware that we are unable to schedule for arrival in Las Vegas-McCarran, NV (LAS), Phoenix-Sky Harbor, AZ (PHX), Tucson AZ (TUS) or Palm Springs, CA (PSP) in the summer months, due to temperatures and heat embargoes imposed by the airlines. 

  • Please make sure your veterinary puts the required temperature acclimation on each pet's health certificate. The airlines require an Acclimation Statement declaring your pet is safe to travel from 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. An inaccurate Acclimation Statement could keep your pet from flying.

  • Please click below to download the new forms that need to be completed by your veterinarian for all pets flying after October 1st, 2018.

New Customers: A shipper's information form can be expected via email upon receipt of your first booking request with Ozark Jet A Pet. You are also welcome to request this form along with a rate sheet prior to booking by clicking here.

Flight Confirmation:  You are welcome to place your request as early as desired. Flight confirmation can be expected via email 7 to 8 days prior to your desired flight date, per booking procedures for pet reservations.

Please present the Written Certification Consignment Form, completed and signed prior to pick up. This form states that you have fed and watered your pet within four hours of transportation through Ozark Jet a Pet, as required by the USDA. The form will be attached to your pet's primary enclosure (the travel carrier) to accompany your pet en route.

Weekly Booking Deadlines

Please submit your booking request by:

  • Noon on Saturday for pet delivery on Tuesdays.

  • Noon on the day before your pet is picked up for other flight days.
